工作內容 【Responsibilities】: • Regularly review and assess campaign data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives. • Analyze numbers from various different reports, and be able to identify patterns, and picture outcomes and gaps and propose effective solutions to enhance campaign performance. • Compile and summarize key findings from performance data, highlighting business impact and actionable insights. • Communicate data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the organization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. • Identify inefficiencies in data management, or related processes; recommend and implement improvements to enhance workflow efficiency. • Utilize project management tools like Monday.com to track day-to-day tasks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• English fluency is must.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Open to recent graduates with a strong interest in data and campaign performance
analysis, and willing to learn and gather hands-on experience.

Annual salary: 13 months guarantee or above
