| 科系要求 | Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of software developers. • Strong expertise in software development, with hands-on experience in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. • In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, techniques, and best practices. • Experience with agile development methodologies and associated tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA). • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines. • Experience in developing high-concurrency large-scale systems. |

Annual salary: 13 months guarantee or above
